Quotes from recent Interns in response to the question "what are the positives of the job and employer?"
The positives of the job and organisation are that there are clear paths and opportunities beyond the internship program to take advantage of. There is also support on the internship program not just from your team leader, but also from a 'buddy' assigned and from the HR grad team.
A lot of time was invested into the intern group and as such I was able to learn more than I could have ever expected throughout my time working with Suncorp. Everyone was willing to take their time to help me learn about the Bank as a whole, and that meant a lot.
Excellent opportunities to work on the job in areas that you can not learn at uni. Exposure to lots of different areas within the business and understanding how these areas work together.
