Type of Organisation
Shell businesses in Australia are part of The Shell Group, a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. Our aim is to meet the energy needs of society, in ways that are economically, socially and environmentally viable, now and in the future.
Powering Progress Together
Shell employees work together in 70 countries, innovating, collaborating and co-creating solutions to the planet’s greatest challenges: sustainable energy, food and water.
Together, they are shaping the future of sustainable energy, transforming the future of Shell and developing their own remarkable careers.
To build a brighter future for all, we’re in search of interns who can translate inspiration into ideas, and ideas into game-changing solutions.
Shell Assessed Internship
An Assessed Internship is one way to get to know Shell from the inside and immerse yourself in our industry. It will also help you decide whether a career with Shell is right for you.
You’ll join a project team and work alongside Shell employees, all professionals in their fields. Their perspectives will contribute to your understanding of our business, its demands and rewards. A supervisor and mentor will support you directly. You will undertake regular assessments throughout your internship. This is to ensure you get the most from the experience and receive feedback on your performance.
Lasting 12 weeks, our internships are available to students in their pre-final year of study. The 12 week Intern program commences in late November and finishes mid February.
Applications for Shell’s Assessed Internship open in July 2017 and close in August 2017.
