Locations where there are vacancies for interns

Optus Internship opportunities are based out of our Sydney Headquarters located in Macquarie Park. Our offices are spread across 6 buildings overlooking a picturesque garden, with facilities including gym, multicultural faith rooms, cafés, child-care facilities – we even have an Australia Post on site! Macquarie Shopping Centre is only a 5-minute bus ride away with shuttles operating during the day.

Roles available for interns

Internship opportunities exist across multiple Business Units including Customer Success, Customer Solutions, Finance, Human Resource, Enterprise Business & Technology. With two distinctive intakes in the year, these roles are strategically aligned with our dynamic business landscape, offering invaluable hands-on experience tailored to your career aspirations.

Winter Internship: 3-8 months duration from July – February
Summer Internship: 3-month duration from November – February

Degree subjects required for interns wishing to apply

We welcome a broad spectrum of degree disciplines ranging from Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Business, Commerce, Management, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Network Engineering & Cyber Security – just to name a few.
